Frëtbë Wezo Vrët (/ˈfrɛtbɛ/ /ˈwezo/ [lethal; fatal] [composite; hybrid]) is a temperate Large Town located in the Nomediiëk Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.
The name Frëtbë Wezo Vrët is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Frëtbë Wezo Vrët was founded by Alphaen Thiestresh, who was culturaly Wood Elven.
Climate
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët has a yearly average temperature of 7°C (44°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a cold 5°C (41°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 9°C (48°F). Frëtbë Wezo Vrët receives an average of 225 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of snow during the pleasantly short winter months. Frëtbë Wezo Vrët covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1628 m (5341 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1120, by Alphaen Thiestresh. The establishment of Frëtbë Wezo Vrët suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Frëtbë Wezo Vrët which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Frëtbë Wezo Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët is buildings are arranged within a network of broad cobblestone streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Your first impression of Frëtbë Wezo Vrët proves to be right on the money. This town is where the rebels chose to settle. Fashion trends are quite simply the opposite of what’s popular in the other nearby communities. THis trend extends everywhere. Things that should be black are white, what would normally be square is organically curved, and what is typically unthinkable for polite society is more than welcome in this public square. Up to the logical limits, of course. There’s no flaying someone alive to eat their skin going on, but the women are dressed a little immodestly, the men are a little more emotional, and the food is all overly complex and terrible.

Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's old civil lighting system was converted to Galvanic Lamps recently, and expanded to provide nighttime illumination to all city streets.
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's natural decorations nor waterways.
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used has a sleek, linear appearance with stylized, often geometric ornamentation. The primary facade of its buildings often featured a series of set backs that create a stepped outline. Low-relief decorative panels can be found at entrances, around windows, along roof edges or as string courses. It was best known for its use of smooth finish building materials such as stucco, concrete block, glazed brick or mosaic tile. Decorative details can incorporate various artistic or exotic motifs to suit the building's function or the architect's whim. Chevrons, zigzags, and other geometrical motifs are common forms of ornament.
In Frëtbë Wezo Vrët snow is warm to the touch and does not melt within city limits. Also it only happens during summer.

Old patterns of authority and wealth are being disrupted, and the old gentry are unlikely to be pleased about it. They may be trying to take over the industry, or they may have been the ones to enable it in the first place and are using it to crush the life out of any rival power bases. Outsiders might be playing a major role as well, and it could be they plot to siphon off the profits.
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Frëtbë Wezo Vrët was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Frëtbë Wezo Vrët lost 232 people, 180 livestock, and 25 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 86, when members of Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's militia enacted an operation to capture a particular enemy powerful weapon intact. The operation was complicated by enemy spies who revealed the militia's plan. The conflict ended with an assault and siege on the fortification, which ended in defeat for Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Frëtbë Wezo Vrët's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
